Refund and Return Policy

At SCULPTIX, we strive for excellence in design and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
All original tags and labels must be attached.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at sculptixclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Sale items or gift cards.
Intimate apparel or accessories (for hygiene reasons) unless they are in their original sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
