Shipping Policy

At SCULPTIX, we are committed to delivering our products to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (check the announcement bar on our homepage for current promotions).

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SCULPTIX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to ensure a smooth delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • SCULPTIX is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • However, we value our customers—if you have issues with your delivery, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

8. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or customs processing) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
